How do I create a profile?
Click on the Register link in the login block on the left.  Select Organisation or Individual profile type.  Enter your full name, a username, your email address and a password. You can also provide more information on yourself or your organisation in the fields provided.

Click on the Send Registration button. An email containing a link will be sent to the address supplied and on clicking on the link registration is complete.

How do I edit my profile?
Log in to the website using the username and password you selected. Navigate to your profile (a shortcut to your profile is to click on the image in the login block).  Click on the Edit button at the top of your profile.  Make the changes required. Click the Save button.

How do I submit content to the website?
Log in to the website using the username and password you selected.   Click on the Submit menu item (only visible once logged in).  Select a Section, e.g. Community News, and then a Category, e.g. Events.  Add a Title, a short Introduction (required) in the first text box and then more information in the Main text box. Click Save.

A link will be created from this content item directly back to your profile.

How do I contact another member?
Log in to the website using the username and password you selected. Navigate to the profile you wish to contact.  If they have provided a telephone number, it will be in the Contact tab.  Otherwise, send them an email by clicking on the Messages button at the top of their profile.

Help! I've forgotten my password.
On the login box on the front page of the website there is a link to reset your password.
